FAQ

Bamboo pellets

Is it compatible with my stove?

Yes, with all 6 mm pellet stoves and boilers. Its characteristics match an A1 wood pellet; no special settings needed.

How many bags for a winter?

It depends on the home and the stove: allow one pallet (70 bags, 1,050 kg) for average main heating. We can help you estimate.

Why pre-order?

Production is launched on the reserved volumes and you are delivered before the season. You can cancel and get a full refund until shipping.

Where does the bamboo come from?

From plantations in Asia today, then from Montélimar and French plantations from 2027.
