Returns and right of withdrawal

14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
How to proceed
- Write to us at purchase@ecombust.com stating your order number, or send us the form below.
- We will give you the return address. Send the products back within 14 days of your request, in their original packaging if possible.
- We will refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method. The refund may be delayed until we receive the products or proof that they have been shipped.
Return costs are at your expense. The initial delivery costs (standard delivery) are refunded. You remain liable for any loss in value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and how they work: an opened or used box or bag of charcoal may result in a partial refund.
Damaged or non-conforming product
If your parcel arrives damaged or a product does not match your order, write to us with a photo at purchase@ecombust.com. Return costs are then at our expense and we will offer you a replacement or a refund, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is shipped and receive a full refund.
