Shipping and returns

Shipping

The countries we ship to, delivery methods, times and costs are shown at checkout, based on your address and the weight of your order. Kamado barbecues and pallets of pellets are delivered on a pallet.

Pick-up is available at our Geneva depot and Lyon depot, by appointment.

Outside the European Union

For Switzerland and countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are shown at checkout where possible, or paid on delivery depending on the carrier.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind: see Returns and right of withdrawal.

Pellet pre-orders

Payment when you order; cancellation and full refund possible until shipping. You will receive an email 7 days before delivery.
