Bamboo lights quickly, gives strong embers in 10 minutes and lasts 5 to 6 hours: perfect for grilling, the plancha and restaurant service.
Coconut heats up more slowly, lasts up to 7 hours and keeps a very steady heat: ideal for the kamado, slow cooking and smoking.
Both are 98% carbonised, with no smoke or sparks, and a 2% natural binder.

How many briquettes for a barbecue for 6?
6 to 8 briquettes in a chimney starter are enough for 5 to 6 hours of embers. A 10 kg box covers 4 to 6 barbecues.
Can I use it in a kamado?
Yes, it is the ideal use for coconut: steady heat, no flying ash, up to 7 hours.
